Position: Youth Development Specialist – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School, a renowned private school founded in 1909 by Milton and Catherine Hershey, is seeking married couples to serve as Youth Development Specialists in on-campus student homes. This unique opportunity involves providing nurturing care for 8-12 disadvantaged youth, offering a family-like structure, and guiding students through their daily routines.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; married couples legally married for at least two years; both spouses age 27 or older; ability to become certified to drive student home vans; lift up to 50 lbs; high degree of integrity as role models for students
