Position: Youth Development Specialist – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School, located in Hershey, PA, is seeking a Youth Development Specialist to serve as flex houseparents, providing a nurturing environment for students from disadvantaged backgrounds. The school offers a unique career-focused education program, covering all costs for students from pre-K through 12th grade.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; legally married for at least two years; both spouses age 27 or older; abide by campus regulations including smoke-free, weapon-free, and no alcohol on duty; valid driver’s license; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; demonstrate high integrity as role models for students
