Position: Youth Development Specialist – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School, a fully endowed private school founded in 1909 by Milton and Catherine Hershey, is seeking married couples as Flex Houseparents to provide care and guidance to groups of students in a family-like environment. The school offers a nurturing environment for youth from disadvantaged backgrounds, covering all costs for students, including housing and meals.
Requirements: Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; legally married for at least two years; both spouses age 27 or older; no more than three dependent children in the student home; abide by campus rules including no alcohol while on duty and limitations on pets; valid driver’s license; high school diploma or GED required; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; must demonstrate a high degree of integrity as role models for students; completion of individual employment applications by both spouses.
