Position: Youth Development Specialist – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School (MHS) is a renowned private educational institution offering career-focused education to students from pre-K through 12th grade from underprivileged backgrounds. Founded in 1909 by Milton and Catherine Hershey, the school provides housing, meals, and comprehensive support to ensure the success of both students and staff members.
Requirements: Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably in underserved settings; This is a two-person job for legally married couples with at least two years of marriage; Both spouses should be 27 years old or older; Limit of three dependent children in the student home; Smoke-free and weapon-free campus policy with no alcohol while on duty; Only fish and one dog of approved breed allowed as pets; Valid driver’s license and ability to drive student home vans; Comfortable leading students in daily devotions and attending Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services; High school diploma or GED required; Ability to lift up to 50 lbs; Demonstrated high integrity as a role model for students; Both spouses must individually complete an employment application
