Position: Youth Development Specialist – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School (MHS) is a renowned private educational institution offering career-focused education to students from pre-K through 12th grade from underprivileged backgrounds. Requirements: Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably in underserved settings; This is a two-person job for legally married couples with at least two years of marriage; Both spouses should be 27 years old or older; Limit of three dependent children in the student home; Smoke-free and weapon-free campus policy with no alcohol while on duty; Only fish and one dog of approved breed allowed as pets; Valid driver’s license and ability to drive student home vans; Comfortable leading students in daily devotions and attending Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services; High school diploma or GED required; Ability to lift up to 50 lbs; Demonstrated high integrity as a role model for students; Both spouses must individually complete an employment application
