Position: Youth Development Specialist – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Requirements: Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; this is a two-person job for legally married couples with a minimum of two years of marriage; both spouses should be age 27 or older; no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home; abide by campus guidelines including a smoke-free, weapon-free environment, and no alcohol on duty; limitations on pets with only fish and one approved dog breed allowed; possess a valid driver’s license and be certified to drive student home vans; comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking students to Judeo-Christian services; high school diploma or GED required; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; demonstration of high integrity as all staff serve as role models for students; both spouses must complete individual employment applications.
