Position: Youth Development Specialist – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School, a renowned private educational institution, is seeking Youth Development Specialists to provide a nurturing environment for students from pre-K through 12th grade. This unique role involves married couples serving as flex houseparents, residing on-campus to offer guidance, support, and create a family-like atmosphere for students.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; legally married for at least two years; both spouses age 27 or older; able to lift up to 50 lbs; possess a valid driver’s license and be able to become certified to drive student home vans; comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services; demonstrate a high degree of integrity as a role model for students.
