Position: Youth Development Specialist – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Married couples are sought to serve as flex houseparents, guiding and nurturing groups of 8-12 students in on-campus homes.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; two-person job for legally married couples of at least two years; both spouses aged 27 or older; no more than three dependent children in the student home; abide by campus rules (smoke-free, weapon-free, no alcohol on duty); limitations on pets; valid driver’s license and ability to drive student home vans; comfort with leading students in devotions and Sunday chapel services; lift up to 50 lbs; high level of integrity; individual employment applications for both spouses
