Position: Youth Development Specialist – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School, a renowned private school offering career-focused education to students from pre-K through 12th grade, is seeking married couples to serve as Flex Houseparents. Couples in this role provide guidance and support to a group of students living on campus, ensuring a nurturing and family-like environment for students from disadvantaged backgrounds.
Requirements: Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably in under-served settings; legally married for at least two years; both spouses age 27 or older; high school diploma or GED required; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; demonstrate a high degree of integrity; comfortable leading students in daily devotions and attending Sunday chapel services; valid driver’s license with certification to drive student vans
