Position: Youth Development Specialist – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

The Youth Development Specialist role involves married couples serving as flex houseparents to provide guidance, structure, and nurturing in a residential setting for students.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; couples must be legally married for at least two years; both spouses should be age 27 or older; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; valid driver’s license; comfortable leading students in daily devotions and attending Sunday chapel services; smoke-free, weapon-free, and alcohol-free campus policy; no more than three dependent children in the student home; limitations on pets with only fish and one approved breed dog allowed; high degree of integrity as role models for students; completion of individual employment application by both spouses.
