Position: Youth Development Specialist – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Requirements: Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from underserved settings; legally married for at least two years; both spouses aged 27 or older; high school diploma or GED required; able to lift up to 50 lbs; high degree of integrity; valid driver’s license; comfortable leading students in daily devotions and to Sunday chapel services; smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol while on duty; limitations on pets (only fish and one approved breed dog); ability to become certified to drive student home vans; both spouses must complete individual employment applications; maximum of three dependent children in the student home.
