Position: Youth Development Specialist – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School, a renowned private institution founded in 1909, is seeking married couples to serve as Flex Houseparents. This unique role involves providing guidance and support to disadvantaged students in a family-like atmosphere. Couples will reside on campus and nurture a small group of students, ensuring their well-being and development.
Requirements: Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably in under-served settings; this is a two-person job for couples who have been legally married for at least two years; both spouses should be age 27 or older; high school diploma or GED required; must be able to lift up to 50 lbs; candidates must demonstrate a high degree of integrity as all staff are role models for students; both spouses must complete an individual employment application
