Position: Youth Development Specialist – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School, a renowned private school founded by Milton and Catherine Hershey in 1909, is seeking married couples to serve as Youth Development Specialists. This unique role involves being flex houseparents on campus, providing guidance to disadvantaged students in a family-like environment from pre-K through 12th grade.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; married couples legally married for at least two years; both spouses age 27 or older; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; valid driver’s license; comfortable leading students in daily devotions and to chapel services; smoke-free and weapon-free campus policy; no more than three dependent children in the student home
