Position: Youth Development Specialist – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School, a renowned private school founded in 1909 by Milton and Catherine Hershey, is seeking Youth Development Specialists as Flex Houseparents. This unique opportunity involves guiding and nurturing students from disadvantaged backgrounds in a family-like setting on the school’s campus.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; married couples with at least two years of legal marriage; both spouses aged 27 or older; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; valid driver’s license; no more than three dependent children in the student home; comply with campus rules including no alcohol while on duty and limitations on pets; comfortable leading students in daily devotions and chapel services; demonstrate high integrity as role models for students.
