Position: Youth Development Specialist – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School, a renowned private school founded in 1909, is seeking married couples to work as Youth Development Specialists, also known as flex houseparents. This unique role involves providing guidance and care for a group of 8-12 students from disadvantaged backgrounds, living in on-campus homes. Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; couples must be legally married for at least two years and both spouses should be aged 27 or older; valid driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; demonstrate a high degree of integrity and be a positive role model for students
