Position: Youth Development Specialist – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School, a renowned private educational institution established by Milton and Catherine Hershey in 1909, is seeking married couples to serve as Flex Houseparents, providing guidance and support to students from disadvantaged backgrounds in a family-like environment within on-campus homes.
Requirements: Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; legally married for at least two years; both spouses aged 27 or older; high school diploma or GED required; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; must demonstrate a high degree of integrity as role models for students; valid driver’s license; comfortable leading students in daily devotions and to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services; adhere to campus guidelines including smoke-free, weapon-free, and no alcohol while on duty; limitations on pets with only fish and one approved breed of dog allowed.
