Position: Youth Development Specialist – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School (MHS) is a renowned private school providing a career-focused education and comprehensive support to students from pre-K through 12th grade who come from underprivileged backgrounds. Established in 1909 by Milton and Catherine Hershey, the fully endowed school offers free housing, meals, and all necessary resources for students and staff.
Requirements: Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; legally married for at least two years; both spouses aged 27 or older; high school diploma or GED required; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; integrity and role model behavior; valid driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
