Position: Youth Development Specialist – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School, a renowned private educational institution founded in 1909 by Milton and Catherine Hershey, is seeking married couples to serve as Flex Houseparents, providing guidance and support to groups of 8-12 students in a nurturing environment on campus. Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; couples must be legally married for at least two years and both spouses should be age 27 or older; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; demonstrate a high degree of integrity as role models for students; valid driver’s license; comfortable leading students in daily devotions and take them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services; limit of three dependent children in the student home; smoke-free and weapon-free campus with no alcohol permitted on duty; only fish and one approved breed of dog allowed as pets; both spouses must complete individual employment application
