Position: Youth Development Specialist – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School, a renowned private educational institution founded in 1909 by Milton and Catherine Hershey, is seeking married couples to serve as Flex Houseparents. This unique opportunity involves guiding and nurturing 8-12 students from disadvantaged backgrounds in a family-like environment on campus.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; married couples legally married for at least two years; both spouses age 27 or older; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; valid driver’s license; ability to become certified to drive student home vans; commitment to providing a high degree of integrity as a role model; both spouses must complete an individual employment application
