Position: Youth Development Specialist – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Requirements: Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably in under-served settings; applicants must be legally married for at least two years; both spouses should be 27 years or older; high school diploma or GED required; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; demonstrate a high degree of integrity as role models for students; valid driver’s license and willingness to become certified to drive student home vans; comfortable leading students in daily devotions and attending Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services; no more than three dependent children in the student home; abide by campus regulations including being smoke-free, weapon-free, and alcohol-free while on duty; limitations on pets, only approved breeds of one dog allowed; both spouses need to complete individual employment applications.
