Position: Youth Development Specialist – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School, a renowned private school founded in 1909 by Milton and Catherine Hershey, is seeking married couples to serve as flex houseparents. Flex houseparents reside on-campus, guiding and nurturing a group of 8-12 students from disadvantaged backgrounds, providing a family-like structure and managing various responsibilities.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; legally married for at least two years; both spouses aged 27 or older; no more than three dependent children in the student home; smoke-free and weapon-free campus; valid driver’s license; ability to become certified to drive student home vans; comfortable leading students in daily devotions and to Sunday chapel services; able to lift up to 50 lbs; high degree of integrity; completion of individual employment application
