Position: Youth Development Specialist – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School, located in Hershey, PA, is seeking Youth Development Specialists to serve as flex houseparents, guiding students from disadvantaged backgrounds in a nurturing environment. Requirements: Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; legally married for at least two years; both spouses age 27 or older; high school diploma or GED required; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; valid driver’s license; comfortable leading students in devotions and to Sunday chapel services; smoke-free, weapon-free campus adherence; no more than three dependent children in the student home
