Position: Youth Development Specialist – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School, a renowned private educational institution founded by Milton and Catherine Hershey in 1909, is seeking married couples to serve as Flex Houseparents. In this role, you will provide guidance and support to a group of students in a family-like environment, ensuring their holistic development and well-being.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; both spouses must be legally married for at least two years and aged 27 or older; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; valid driver’s license; willingness to lead students in daily devotions and attend Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services; demonstrate a high degree of integrity; both spouses must complete an individual employment application
