Position: Youth Development Specialist – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Requirements: Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; must be a legally married couple for at least two years and both spouses should be age 27 or older; high school diploma or GED required; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; demonstrate a high degree of integrity as role models for students; valid driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans; comfortable leading students in daily devotions and attending Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services; no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home; abide by campus policies including a smoke-free and weapon-free environment, no alcohol while on duty, limitations on pets, and proselytizing is prohibited.
