Position: Youth Development Specialist – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; both spouses age 27 or older; legally married for at least two years; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; possess a valid driver’s license and be certified to drive student home vans; comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Sunday chapel services; smoke-free and weapon-free campus policy compliance; limited pets policy with only approved breeds allowed; integrity and role model behavior expected from staff.
