Position: Youth Development Specialist – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School, a renowned private school founded in 1909 by Milton and Catherine Hershey, is seeking married couples to serve as Flex Houseparents on campus. The school provides career-focused education, housing, meals, and more to students from disadvantaged backgrounds, with all costs covered.
Requirements: Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; legally married for at least two years; both spouses aged 27 or older; high school diploma or GED required; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; valid driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans; demonstrate a high degree of integrity as role models for students; both spouses must complete an individual employment application
