Position: Youth Development Specialist – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School (MHS) is a renowned private school offering education from pre-K through 12th grade to students from disadvantaged backgrounds. Founded in 1909 by Milton and Catherine Hershey, the school provides a fully endowed environment for students and staff to thrive. MHS is currently seeking married couples to join as flex houseparents, residing in on-campus student homes and providing guidance and support to approximately 8-12 students.
Requirements: Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably in under-served settings; couples must be legally married for at least two years; both spouses should be 27 years or older; valid driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans; high school diploma or GED required; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; demonstration of high integrity as role models for students; completion of individual employment applications by both spouses
