Position: Youth Development Specialist – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Requirements: Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; this is a two-person job for legally married couples with at least two years of marriage and both spouses aged 27 or older; no more than three dependent children allowed in the student home; abide by campus regulations such as smoke-free, weapon-free, and no alcohol on duty; limitations on pets with only fish and one approved dog breed; valid driver’s license and the ability to drive student home vans; comfortable leading students in daily devotions and to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services; high school diploma or GED required; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; demonstrate a high degree of integrity as a role model for students; both spouses must complete individual employment applications.
