Position: Youth Development Specialist – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School (MHS) is a renowned private school offering exceptional education and support to disadvantaged students in Pre-K through 12th grade. The school was established in 1909 by Milton and Catherine Hershey, fully endowed to provide all necessary resources for student and staff well-being.
Requirements: Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; legally married for at least two years; age 27 or older for both spouses; high school diploma or GED required; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; demonstrate high integrity as a role model for students; valid driver’s license; comfortable leading students in daily devotions and Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services; smoke-free and weapon-free campus policy adherence; limit on pets – only fish and one approved breed dog allowed
