Position: Youth Development Specialist – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School, a renowned private institution founded in 1909 by Milton and Catherine Hershey, offers a unique opportunity for married couples to become Flex Houseparents. These couples reside on campus and provide nurturing support to a group of 8-12 students, fostering a family-like atmosphere while managing daily responsibilities to ensure the well-being and development of disadvantaged youth.
Requirements: Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; This role is for couples who have been legally married for at least two years; Both spouses should be age 27 or older; High school diploma or GED required; Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.; Candidates must demonstrate a high degree of integrity as all staff are role models for students; Both spouses must complete an individual employment application
