Position: Youth Development Specialist – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School, located in Hershey, PA, is seeking Youth Development Specialists to serve as flex houseparents for students from disadvantaged backgrounds. Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; legally married couples for at least two years; both spouses age 27 or older; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; valid driver’s license; commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol permitted on duty; comfortable leading students in daily devotions and Sunday chapel services; completion of individual employment application
