Position: Youth Development Specialist – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School is a renowned private school offering pre-K through 12th-grade education to students from disadvantaged backgrounds. The school provides a career-focused curriculum, housing, meals, and full financial support, thanks to its generous endowment by Milton and Catherine Hershey in 1909. They are currently seeking married couples to work as flex houseparents, nurturing and guiding students in a family-like setting on campus.
Requirements: Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; must be legally married for at least two years; both spouses should be age 27 or older; no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home; abide by campus regulations including no smoking, weapons, or alcohol while on duty; limit on approved pets; valid driver’s license and ability to drive student home vans; comfortable leading students in daily devotions and chapel services; high school diploma or GED required; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; demonstrate a high degree of integrity as role models for students; both spouses must complete an individual employment application.
