Position: Youth Development Specialist – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School, known for providing exceptional career-focused education to students in pre-K through 12th grade from disadvantaged backgrounds, is seeking married couples for the Youth Development Specialist role. This unique position involves living on-campus in student homes, offering guidance and support to students to ensure their safety and well-being in a family-like environment.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; couples must be legally married for at least two years and both spouses should be age 27 or older; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; valid driver’s license; comfortable leading students in daily devotions and Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services; no more than three dependent children in the student home; abide by campus rules including a smoke-free and weapon-free environment and limitations on pets; demonstrate a high degree of integrity as role models for students
