Position: Youth Development Specialist – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School, a renowned private school established in 1909 by Milton and Catherine Hershey, is seeking married couples to serve as Flex Houseparents for groups of students in Hershey, PA. Couples in this role provide nurturing guidance, manage daily responsibilities like driving and medication administration, and reside in on-campus homes to support students from disadvantaged backgrounds.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; married couples legally married for at least two years and both spouses aged 27 or older; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; valid driver’s license and certification to drive student home vans; must be smoke-free, weapon-free, and alcohol-free while on duty; comfortable leading students in daily devotions; complete individual employment applications for both spouses
