Position: Youth Development Specialist – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School, a renowned private school offering career-focused education and support to students from disadvantaged backgrounds, is seeking married couples to serve as Youth Development Specialists. In this role, couples will reside on-campus with a group of 8-12 students, providing a family-like environment and comprehensive care.
Requirements: Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably in under-served settings; must be a legally married couple for at least two years; both spouses aged 27 or older; high school diploma or GED required; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; demonstrate high integrity and be a role model for students; valid driver’s license; willingness to lead students in daily devotions and attend Sunday chapel services; no more than three dependent children in the student home; must abide by campus regulations (smoke-free, weapon-free, no alcohol on duty); limitations on pets (only fish and one approved breed dog); comfortable driving student home vans; complete individual employment applications for both spouses
