About: Milton Hershey School, a renowned private school founded in 1909 by Milton and Catherine Hershey, is seeking married couples to serve as Flex Houseparents. This unique opportunity involves providing a nurturing home environment for students from disadvantaged backgrounds, offering structured support and guidance in a family-like setting on the school’s campus.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; couples must be legally married for at least two years; both spouses should be age 27 or older; valid driver’s license; ability to become certified to drive student home vans; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; high degree of integrity as role models for students
