Position: Youth Development Specialist – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School, a renowned private educational institution founded in 1909 by Milton and Catherine Hershey, is seeking married couples to serve as Flex Houseparents. Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; must be legally married for at least two years; both spouses aged 27 or older; no more than three dependent children in the student home; valid driver’s license; ability to become certified to drive student home vans; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; high degree of integrity; both spouses must complete an individual employment application
