Position: Youth Development Specialist – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School, a renowned private educational institution founded in 1909 by Milton and Catherine Hershey, is seeking married couples to serve as Youth Development Specialists, known as flex houseparents. This unique role involves providing a nurturing home environment and guidance for students from disadvantaged backgrounds, offering them a comprehensive career-focused education.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; married couples legally married for at least two years; both spouses aged 27 or older; valid driver’s license; ability to become certified to drive student home vans; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; high degree of integrity as role models for students
