Position: Youth Development Specialist – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; couples must be legally married for at least two years and both spouses aged 27 or older; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; valid driver’s license and certification to drive student home vans; comfortable leading students in daily devotions and to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services; no alcohol permitted while on duty; must abide by campus rules regarding smoking, weapons, and pets; both spouses must complete individual employment applications; demonstrate a high degree of integrity as role models for students.
