Position: Youth Development Specialist – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Requirements: Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from underserved settings; this is a two-person job for legally married couples with at least two years of marriage and both spouses aged 27 or older; no more than three dependent children in the student home; must abide by campus regulations including a smoke-free, weapon-free environment and limitations on pets; valid driver’s license and ability to drive student home vans; comfortable leading students in daily devotions and attending Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services (Note: Proselytizing is prohibited); high school diploma or GED required; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; demonstrate a high degree of integrity as a role model for students; both spouses must complete individual employment applications.
