Position: Youth Development Specialist – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; married couples with at least two years of legal marriage; both spouses aged 27 or older; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; valid driver’s license; ability to become certified to drive student home vans; comfortable leading students in daily devotions and attending Sunday chapel services; no more than three dependent children in the student home; abide by campus rules including weapon-free and smoke-free policies; limitations on acceptable pets; demonstrate a high degree of integrity; complete individual employment application
