Position: Youth Development Specialist – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School, located in Hershey, Pennsylvania, is seeking Youth Development Specialists to work as flex houseparents for disadvantaged youth on campus. Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; couples must be legally married for at least two years; both spouses should be age 27 or older; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; valid driver’s license; must become certified to drive student home vans; comfortable leading students in daily devotions and attending Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services; abide by campus regulations (smoke-free, no weapons or alcohol on duty); restrictions on pets (only fish and one approved dog breed); high degree of integrity and role model behavior for students
