Position: Youth Development Specialist – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; experience working or volunteering with youth, especially in under-served settings; couples must be legally married for at least two years and both spouses should be age 27 or older; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; possess a valid driver’s license and be willing to become certified to drive student home vans; comfortable leading students in daily devotions and assisting with Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services; maintain a smoke-free and weapon-free environment; adhere to campus policies regarding pets; demonstrate a high degree of integrity as role models for students.
