Position: Youth Development Specialist – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School, a renowned private school, is seeking married couples to serve as Youth Development Specialists in Hershey, PA. This unique role involves providing care and support for students from underprivileged backgrounds, fostering a family-like environment within on-campus student homes.
Requirements: Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; this is a two-person job for legally married couples with at least two years of marriage, both spouses aged 27 or older; high school diploma or GED required; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; demonstrate a high degree of integrity as role models for students; valid driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student vans; comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Sunday chapel services; abide by campus regulations regarding smoking, weapons, alcohol, and pets.
