Position: Youth Development Specialist – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School, a renowned private educational institution founded in 1909 by Milton and Catherine Hershey, is seeking married couples to serve as flex houseparents. As flex houseparents, couples will reside in on-campus student homes, providing guidance and support to a small group of students from disadvantaged backgrounds. The school covers all costs for students, including housing and meals, ensuring a nurturing environment where students receive exceptional career-focused education.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; couples must be legally married for at least two years and both spouses should be age 27 or older; ability to become certified to drive student home vans; must be able to lift up to 50 lbs; demonstrate a high degree of integrity; both spouses must complete an individual employment application
