Position: Youth Development Specialist – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School, a renowned private school founded in 1909 by Milton and Catherine Hershey, is seeking married couples to serve as Flex Houseparents, providing guidance and nurturing to students from disadvantaged backgrounds. Couples in this role create a family-like structure for students and handle various responsibilities while residing on campus.
Requirements: Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; legally married for at least two years; both spouses aged 27 or older; high school diploma or GED required; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; possess a high degree of integrity; valid driver’s license; comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services; abide by campus rules including smoke-free, weapon-free policy, and limitations on pets.
