Position: Youth Development Specialist – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School (MHS) is a renowned private school offering a career-focused education to students in pre-K through 12th grade from underprivileged backgrounds. Founded in 1909 by Milton and Catherine Hershey, MHS provides housing, meals, and all educational expenses for students and staff. The school is currently seeking married couples to serve as Flex Houseparents, residing in on-campus student homes to provide guidance and support to a group of students.
Requirements: Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably in under-served settings; must be a legally married couple for at least two years; both spouses aged 27 or older; high school diploma or GED required; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; valid driver’s license; demonstrate integrity and serve as role models for students; comfortable leading students in daily devotions and chapel services; adhere to campus regulations on pets, smoking, alcohol, and weapons
