Position: Youth Development Specialist – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School, a renowned private educational institution, is seeking married couples to join as flex houseparents. This unique opportunity involves providing guidance and creating a family-like environment for students from disadvantaged backgrounds, offering them support and care within an on-campus home setting.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; married couples legally married for at least two years; both spouses aged 27 or older; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; valid driver’s license; comfortable leading students in daily devotions and chapel services; demonstrate a high degree of integrity; no more than three dependent children in the student home; abide by campus rules regarding smoking, weapons, and alcohol
