Position: Youth Development Specialist – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School, a renowned private school founded in 1909 by Milton and Catherine Hershey, is seeking married couples to work as flex houseparents, providing nurturing support to students from disadvantaged backgrounds. These couples will live on campus and create a family-like environment for approximately 8-12 students, ensuring their well-being and development.
Requirements: Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably in under-served settings; legally married for at least two years; both spouses aged 27 or older; high school diploma or GED required; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; valid driver’s license; comfortable leading students in daily devotions and chapel services; smoke-free and weapon-free campus policy must be adhered to; no more than three dependent children in the student home; only fish and one approved dog breed allowed as pets
