Position: Youth Development Specialist – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School, a renowned private school established in 1909 by Milton and Catherine Hershey, is seeking married couples to serve as Flex Houseparents in on-campus student homes. This unique opportunity allows couples to provide guidance and support to students from disadvantaged backgrounds, creating a family-like environment while upholding the school’s mission of nurturing youth in a supportive educational setting.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably in under-served settings; couples must be legally married for at least two years and both spouses should be aged 27 or older; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; valid driver’s license; commitment to leading students in daily devotions and attending Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services; must abide by campus regulations including no alcohol on duty and limitations on pets; high degree of integrity and ability to be a role model for students.
