Position: Youth Development Specialist – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School located in Hershey, PA is seeking dedicated married couples to serve as Youth Development Specialists, known as flex houseparents, providing a nurturing family-like environment for students from disadvantaged backgrounds. Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from underserved settings; couples must be legally married for at least two years and be age 27 or older; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; valid driver’s license; comfortable leading students in daily devotions and attending Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services; must demonstrate a high degree of integrity; both spouses must complete an individual employment application
